CUSTOM CANOPY awnings generally provide shade and protection from inclement weather to larger outdoor areas such as room enclosures, carports, poolside cabanas, extended balcony covers, decks, island barbecue covers, entrances, restaurants, and much more.

Canopy awnings supply protection from the sun during the hot summer months, lowering indoor temperature by 15-20 degrees, while creating cooler outdoor living conditions. In most cases, the energy costs reductions will pay for the canopy in three to five years. These larger canopy structures typically differ from regular window and door awnings in that they are more permanent and often require structural steel, trusses and posts for added support. • Fabric: Awning/Marine grade. 100% Solution dyed acrylic available in 150 plus stripes and solids.

• Frame: High grade carbon (mild) steel, Best suited material for bending, welding and powder coating adhesion.

• Mounting Hardware: 300 series stainless steel.

• Valances: Shaped to any of 14 scallop patterns, trimmed with a choice of braid in 18 colors.

• Thread: Fabric is sewn utilizing a PTFE TEFLON thread that is warranted to retain 100% of its original strength for 5 years.

• Metal Frame Options: Frames are also available in aluminum or stainless steel, either available with or without a powder coated finish.

New Construction

We measure the area and recommend a style specifically for your awning solution.

If requested, we will provide a design example so you can preview and approve the awning style.

Provide a proposal for the awning solution and price quote.

Upon proposal sign-off we schedule an installation date and install your awnings.

Recover and Refurbishing

Many times the an existing awning is simply in need of new fabric or a change of color or perhaps a new more weather resistant fabric will restore an old awning to new condition.

We measure your old awning and recommend refurbishing or replacement depending on the condition of the framework.

We will provide you samples of fabric and colors we will provide you with a price quote for refurbishing your existing awnings.

If your existing framework is in good condition we will remove it if appropriate, clean and refurbish the metal framework and then cover the framework with the new fabric of your choice to restore your refurbished awning back to new condition.
